Construction techniques for transparent insulation products:
- The light transmittance is 78~82%, and the thermal insulation effect is 13~14℃ .
① Please stir or shake evenly before use.
② Please use a 200~300 mesh filter for construction tools and 1.3 or 1.5-caliber pneumatic spray guns and products.
③ Adjust the pneumatic spray gun. It is recommended to adjust the oil output by 1 to 2 turns. Adjust the spray width to the maximum. It is best to keep the air pressure at 0.3 to 0.4MPa. (Please refer to the picture below for tool adjustment)
④The distance between the spray gun and the base material is preferably within 20CM, and spray 2 to 3 shots at a uniform speed. (Spraying the substrate completely once is one shot)
⑤Resistant to scrubbing 100 times.
Theoretical dosage:In the case of 1 kg
① Spray 1 layer, the construction area is 30~35㎡, the insulation temperature difference is 8~10℃
① Spray 2 layers, the construction area is 17~20㎡, the insulation temperature difference is 10~12℃
① Spray 3 layers, the construction area is 10~15㎡, the insulation temperature difference is 13~14℃
